About Mother’s Hollow
A sanctuary for mothers in transformation.
Motherhood reshapes us-quietly, profoundly, again and again. Mother’s Hollow is a space for mothers who are navigating these inner shifts and seeking grounding, meaning, and connection along the way.
A Note from Jennifer
Hello, I’m Dr. Jennifer Weaver—mother of four, developmental psychologist, writer, and life-long student of the inner world. For 15 years, I’ve studied parenting and motherhood as a developmental psychologist in academia, but within the science, I couldn’t find the emotional core of what motherhood has been for me. How becoming a mother reshaped my identity, deepened my intuition, strained and strengthened my relationships, and awakened parts of me I didn’t know existed.
Motherhood is more than a role we step into.
It is a psychological and spiritual metamorphosis. It is messy, often exhausting, beautiful, and deeply personal.
If you are feeling streched thin, changed, or out-of-sync with who you want to be…
If you are longing for connection with other women, grounding in yourself, ritual or a chance to look inward…
You are welcome here.
You belong here.
Your inner voice matters.
—Jennifer

Why Mother’s Hollow Exists
I created Mother’s Hollow to offer mothers what I needed myself:
a place to be held in the internal work of becoming—a quiet, grounded refuge for reflection, connection, and meaning-making amid the chaos of real life.
Mother’s Hollow is a place for mothers to be held—not only in their responsibilities, but in their inner becoming. So much of motherhood is silent, unseen, and internal. The self-doubt. The stretching. The grief. The joy that feels too big. The identity shifts that unsettle and empower us at the same time.
In the wider world, we’re handed advice, logistics, and checklists.
But what mothers truly hunger for is space:
space to listen inward,
space to feel without rushing,
space to reconnect with themselves as they change,
space to be supported without judgment.
Mother’s Hollow is that space—a quiet clearing in the forest where you can breathe, reflect, and be met exactly where you are.
A Final Welcome
Mother’s Hollow is inspired by the natural world—a quiet, sheltered space within the trees where a mother can lay down her burdens, gather her strength, and return to herself.
A hollow is a holding place.
A place to rest while your roots deepen.
A place to listen.
A place to grow.
This is what I hope to offer you.
If you’ve found your way here, that’s not a mistake. Something in you is reaching for authenticity, meaning, and connection.
I’m glad you are here—and I hope Mother’s Hollow becomes a place where you feel supported, understood, and accompanied in the journey that is motherhood.
Welcome to the Hollow
Let’s Walk together.
